USO Frank n'Fridays
USO Frank n'Fridays are a year-round program offered at USO Rock Island, that provide the civilian community a chance to express their appreciation by supporting a weekly lunch that offers a free meal to service members and their families. The meal features all-American favorites: hotdogs, salads, chips, drinks and dessert.
