USO "Sweet Home Chicago" Care Packages
The USO has been known for these expressions of appreciation for decades. Continuing this legacy, USO of Illinois offers individuals and companies the opportunity to partner with the USO and assemble customized “Sweet Home Chicago” care packages to deployed military. These care packages are shipped to deployed military and contain items such as gum, candy, snacks, toiletries and hygiene products, magazines, books and more.
If you wish to add a service member or unit to our Care Package list, please send an email to: usoevents@usoofillinois.org with the following information:
- Name of Service Member or Unit
- Military APO/FPO Address
- Expected Return Month and Year
- Branch of Service
