USO Teen/Tweens Learn the Blues
USO Illinois hosted the second virtual session of USO Teen/Tween Program: Making Music in partnership with BMO Harris Bank. The featured instrument for this session was the harmonica! Zoe Savage, a professional harmonica player and instructor from Old Town School of Folk Music, taught the history of the instrument and how Chicago became known for blues and jazz music. By the end of the session, the youth were able to mimic the sound of a train with their very own harmonica!
Thank you to BMO Harris Bank for supporting our USO Teen/Tween programs.
