USO No-Dough Dinners are a year-round program that provide the civilian community a chance to express their appreciation by supporting homestyle dinner events that offer free meals the evening before payday to service members and their families. No registration needed. Active, Reserve, National Guard and their family members. Officer and Enlisted!
