USO Military Spouse Program: Continuing Your Journey, Boundaries

This event last took place on Apr 17th, 2023
10:30 AM CDT (1030R)

Join USO at a volunteer-led Coffee Connections, Continuing Your Journey workshop! In this workshop, we’ll discuss Boundaries.

Continuing Your Journey was created by 2017 Military Spouse of the Year, Brittany Boccher. This program provides the steps for spouses to learn the tips, tools, and resources needed to deep dive into personal growth and development. The purpose of this workshop is to help pinpoint and focus on different areas of progression such as creating a vision board, self-care, self-esteem, and more.
