USO Month of the Military Child Celebration: Virtual Dandelion Book Club

The USO Midwest Region is excited to celebrate Month of the Military Child!

USO Ohio is hosting a virtual MOMC kick-off Youth Dandelion Club Book Club event, and all military youth are invited!

This program is for youth dependents of currently serving military. Please contact tkarabanovs@uso.org with any questions.

About the book: Daphne is a military child who explains the hills and valleys of the life she lives throughout this book. She discusses many challenges she faces that non-military children wouldn’t normally face. With this book I hope to bring a sense of relatability to military children everywhere, as well as an understanding of the service and sacrifice of military children to other children who do not live this life. This book is illustrated by military children.
